Online Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered from Island Issue, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different item, whatever you want.
Please note, unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail or to us within 60 days of original purchase date.
Shipping charges will be refunded if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
Follow instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
- Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records.
- Clearly print the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your return form.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed return form.
- Attach the included postage from your original package
- Take the package to your nearest post office and mail it back to us.

Retail Returns
All retail returns should be returned to the store of purchase. If you have purchased one of our products from one of our retail partners and wish to return or exchange it, then their return and exchange policy will be adhered to.
Gift and Gift Card Returns
Gift Returns
Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? You can send it back to us and receive a merchandise exchange.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Island Issue is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. To report a lost or stolen gift card, please call us immediately. However, with the original sales receipt or gift receipt we will replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen gift card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash- if they wanted you to have cash they would have sent it to you!
