What is your Online Return Policy?

We want you to love what you ordered from Island Issue, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different item, whatever you want.

Please note, unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail or to us within 60 days of original purchase date.

Shipping charges will be refunded if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Follow instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:

  • Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records.
  • Clearly print the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your return form.
  • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed return form.
  • Attach the included postage from your original package
  • Take the package to your nearest post office and mail it back to us.

What Are your Shipping Costs?

The shipping rates are as follows:

  • Standard (Ground): $9.95
  • Express (3 day): $17.95
  • Next Day: $28.95

Do you Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, Island Issue does not process International Orders online. BUT please contact us at 781.419.0707 or email your request to theisland@islandissue.com. We will try our best to accommodate your needs, no matter your preferred destination.

How do I know what size to order from Island Issue?

Please check our size chart to make sure that you order your items in the perfect size for you. IF you are in between sizes, Island Issue recommends that you order one size up.

Do I have to pay taxes on my online order?

State tax will be processed on all orders placed in our home state of Massachusetts.

Does Island Issue share my personal Information?

Any Personal Information provided to Island Issue on our website is securely kept (it’s a secret) and filed on our secure web server, as are our internal files. The information we collect includes the information you provide when you register for or update a new account, place an order, sign up for mailing and emails, login, participation in promotions/games/contests, enroll in a sweepstakes, or fill out a survey.
